Interested in IT enabled service innovations. Looking at how organizational form and revenue model affect sustainability in context of health information exchanges (hmm, not sure how that's connected), and how service encounters affect satisfaction with cell phone providers. No discussion of methods or data. Doesn't seem to hold together very well...
I am wondering if the theoretical base (a service lens) is the best way to understand the core question (organization form and revenue model in healthcare industry).
Abstract mentions two studies will comprise the dissertation, but I only see reference to the details of one. No data has been collected yet. An interesting topic - health IT but may be a little early.
I actually find his second essay quite interesting, but I worry that the advisor letter is pretty weak. Ritu describes the study, but says nothing of the applicant's capabilities.
