Yeliz Eseryel's thesis wins an Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award

Our recent graduate, Yeliz Eseryel, just learned that her thesis, "Leadership Behaviors and Perception in Self-Managing Virtual Teams”, was chosen by the Editors of the Leadership & Organization Development Journal as joint winner of the 2010 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award in the Leadership and Organization Development category.
